Welcome to Goat77 (hereinafter referred to as "Goat77", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). Goat77 is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform serving members across Malaysia, including players in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and beyond.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", or "the User") and Goat77. They govern all access to and use of the Goat77 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services ("the Services").

By accessing the Goat77 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Goat77 platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain a Goat77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Goat77 is strictly an adult platform. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, access, or use the Services under any circumstances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you must not access the platform from such a jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or national self-exclusion registry applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, a third party when registering or operating an account on Goat77.
• You must not be employed by Goat77, or be a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of any company associated with Goat77, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Goat77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, the freezing of funds pending verification, and the voiding of any pending bets or bonuses.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on Goat77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. Goat77 recommends the use of a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or agents acting on your behalf.
• You must notify Goat77 immediately via the support channel if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Goat77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your authorised or unauthorised disclosure of your credentials to a third party.

Goat77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any Member at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian nationals), passport, or utility bill for address verification. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

Goat77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment channels:

• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange — major Malaysian banks)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• Maybank2u Online Banking
• CIMB Clicks Online Banking
• Public Bank Online Banking

• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH — subject to applicable conversion rates at time of deposit)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the platform at the time of deposit. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the rules of the relevant payment provider and Goat77's internal risk management policies.

All funds deposited into a Goat77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties are not permitted. Goat77 reserves the right to reverse deposits and request alternative funding sources where the origin of funds cannot be verified to its satisfaction.

Goat77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which Goat77 accepts no liability.

Members may request withdrawal of verified real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 5 to 60 minutes for standard MYR bank transfers and e-wallet transactions. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the platform.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Goat77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Goat77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, which may result in temporary processing delays pending satisfactory documentation.

Goat77 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, loyalty rewards, and VIP programme benefits to eligible Members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to a Member's account only upon fulfilment of the stated qualifying conditions, which may include minimum deposit amounts, use of a specific payment method, or entry of a valid promotion code.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance (or winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stipulated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Goat77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Goat77 employs sophisticated monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, or participating in co-ordinated bonus exploitation with other Members. Where bonus abuse is identified, Goat77 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s).

Goat77's VIP programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier progression is determined by monthly qualifying turnover. Goat77 reserves the right to revise the tier structure, tier benefits, cashback rates, and monthly turnover thresholds at any time. VIP tier status does not vest any contractual right to specific benefits, which remain at Goat77's discretion.

All bets placed on the Goat77 platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or sports market, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general betting rules apply across all Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Goat77 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where an error attributable to Goat77 has occurred.
• Where a technical malfunction or human error results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed or offered, Goat77 reserves the right to void affected bets. Members will be notified and stakes returned.
• Goat77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or Member account at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Goat77 server records shall be the authoritative reference. Goat77's decision on all disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.
• All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition, including rules governing suspended play, abandoned events, and results declared void by the governing body.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Goat77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Operating more than one registered account on the Goat77 platform.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any technical tool that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform. Any winnings derived from identified exploits will be voided.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Sharing, transferring, or otherwise making available your account to another person for any purpose.
• Engaging in any conduct that Goat77 reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful to other members, Goat77 staff, or the platform's integrity.
• Attempting to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.

All content on the Goat77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of Goat77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or any commercial use of platform content without the prior written consent of Goat77.

Any unauthorised use of Goat77's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the relevant party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Goat77 provides the platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
• Goat77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits.
• Goat77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the actual account balance held by that Member at the time the relevant claim arises.
• Goat77 is not liable for any losses or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, server outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Goat77 does not accept responsibility for any decisions you make regarding your gambling activity, including the amount you choose to deposit, wager, or the games you choose to play.

Goat77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable entertainment activity for most players, can cause harm to a minority who develop problematic gambling behaviour. The following tools and policies are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure automatic session time reminders to help manage the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of the duration and monetary value of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request voluntary self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, during which their account will be suspended and marketing communications ceased. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Closure: Members may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting Goat77 support. Permanent closure is irreversible.

Goat77 strongly encourages any Member who believes their gambling may be problematic to visit our Responsible Gambling page for further guidance and access to support resources. Goat77 is a platform strictly for players aged 21 and above. Play responsibly.

A Member may close their Goat77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed once any pending withdrawals have been settled and all outstanding wagering requirements have been addressed. The remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member via a supported payment method.

Goat77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account with immediate effect, at its sole discretion, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Any conduct that Goat77 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Members.

Where an account is terminated for cause, Goat77 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering checks being completed satisfactorily.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing law applicable to the jurisdiction under which Goat77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between the Member and Goat77 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating formal dispute proceedings, Members are encouraged to raise concerns through Goat77's internal complaints resolution process by contacting customer support. Goat77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, Members may refer their complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body prescribed under Goat77's licensing terms. Goat77 will co-operate fully with any duly authorised dispute resolution authority.

Goat77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Goat77 will provide reasonable notice via the platform interface, email notification to the registered address, or both. The effective date of any revised Terms will be indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Goat77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Goat77 recommends reviewing this page each time you visit the platform following any notified amendment.
